The above screenshots were taken on April 7, 2025 at 11:08 am. They show that the rezoning meeting scheduled for April 10, 2025 have been rescheduled for the second time. This time, there was a “recently discovered issue” and the that County is deferring the public hearings associated with “Data Center” (aka Diode Ventures). The new hearing date is May 8, 2025 at 6:30 pm.
If you property is adjacent to the properties in the proposed rezoning, the county is supposed to be sending letters regarding the rescheduled meeting via First Class mail via USPS.
