City Citizens First started as a group of concerned community members who are against rezoning of agricultural and residential land in order to place up to eight data center buildings on 515 acers in Charles City County, Virginia. Now, we have broadened our focus to ensuring that Charles City County remains historical, rural land we’ve all become accustom to.
